We do not sell treated seed nor genetically modified
seed and are one of the original companies to sign the "Safe Seed
Pledge".
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee our seeds; you must be fully satisfied with
them. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return the seed packet
with a short note of explanation within six months of purchase. We will
be glad to refund the purchase price or replace the seed, whichever you
wish. Our warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and is limited to
the purchase price of the seed.
Please open your order immediately and check against your emailed order
receipt to make sure that you have received all items. Notify our
Customer Service Department at customerservice@cornucopiaseeds.com
should there be a problem so that we may correct your order.
In the rare event that a variety is sold out or unavailable for
horticultural reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible so that
you may make an alternate selection. Prior to use, seed packets should
be stored in a dry spot, away from direct sunlight in a temperature
range of 65ºF to 75ºF.
